“Dear Inga is New Old World Cooking.”

Inspired by our Eastern European heritage our approach embraces fermentation, smoking and live fire to create distinct flavors and bright contrasts.
Chef David Golovin is a Bay Area native with German and Russian heritage.
He uses the best produce from California and sources with intention and sustainability for Dear Inga.
Named after Chef David’s Grandmother we want to respect and understand our past with cooking techniques and tradition while we create in a modern kitchen.

dear inga requires a credit card to hold this reservation. if you need to change your guest count or cancel your reservation you may do so up to 24 hours prior. if you cancel or decrease within less than 24 hours, we are authorized to charge a $25.00 fee per canceled guest.
